  DELIVERY
  

Orders under £100 excluding VAT will incur a small order/ delivery charge of £12.95 +VAT to cover administration, packaging and postage.Orders over £100 + VAT shall be delivered free of charge to mainland UK. Exceptions (where an extra carriage cost will be incurred by customer/purchaser) to include timed deliveries, bulky items, certain furniture/ equipment and also any deliveries outside mainland UK  (to include Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc). Deliveries will only be made to ground floor level, due to Couriers terms and conditions. Due to congestion charges in specific London area postcodes an additional charge may apply to cover this, please enquire before ordering.  Healthmed supplies shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of goods caused by any circumstances beyond their control; including without limitation: an act of God, explosion, fire, weather conditions, flood, accidents, war, civil disturbance, riots or hostilities, strike and or industrial action or incorrect delivery address being provided. WEEE (EU Directive 2002/96/EC). No WEEE surcharges are shown within our prices given, by its acceptance you agree to make alternative arrangements for disposal under the WEEE Legislation.

Goods will only be released when full payment has been credited into Healthmed Supplies account.

 

   
RETURNS
 

Healthmed Supplies is under no liability to accept any goods for return e.g. ordering errors and excess stock. Claims for goods damaged in transit or short delivery must be made to Healthmed Supplies within three working days of receipt,otherwise Healthmed shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, deficiency or non-delivery. Goods shall not be accepted for credit unless previously agreed in writing by Healthmed Supplies and must be in original unused and undamaged packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Goods ordered as a "special" (specifically ordered for the customer) cannot be accepted for return unless faulty. All goods received by the customer, must be stored/handled according to the manufacturers instructions including any temperature controlled items. Items of health and hygiene, are exempt from return, your statutory rights are not affected. Goods returned by accepted arrangement only, and must be returned within 3 working days from receipt of order and are subject to a 15% handling charge. Your statutory rights are not affected. The same charge shall apply for refused delivery.
